Have you been sleeping like a baby?
Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't. We all know how important it is to get a good night's rest, but why aren't we doing it?
In my case I can definitely place the blame on getting involved in something rather than surrendering to the call of the bed. For instance, as I write this, it's 12:15am. I know I'm nuts for doing this, but it's been on my mind all day and I've told myself that I'll make it short and then go to bed.
I also know that there are lots of other reasons I don't sleep. When I was a teenager, I could sleep until 10am. I can't imagine that now! And once we women hit menopause, sleep often goes out the window. Am I the only one who experienced this, or have you also gone through it?
