We've all heard about healing miracles.....spontaneous remissions of cancer, or gradual but steady recovery from traumatic brain injury. But are they really miracles?
Sometimes things actually do happen spontaneously, for no apparent reason. No one can explain this, but you know you're gonna be jumping for joy when it happens!
But there are other "miracles" that are far more common. Those are the ones we create by steady, dedicated practice..... and those, my friend, are available to you right here, right now, for free.
The best way that I know of to start creating miracles, is to start some form of daily meditation. It doesn't have to involve sitting cross legged on the floor and chanting "Om" for hours. You can create a meditation out of anything that you do - from washing the dishes to eating a meal to walking around the block. All of these can be a meditation as long as you do them mindfully.
In my next blog post, I'll be showing you what I mean by an eating meditation so that you can literally see what it looks like. That way it won't seem so weird an idea....and you can start using the technique for anything you want.
